This EPLN Rising Scholars mentor application is for high achieving college students who would like to mentor a motivated high school student from El Paso. You should apply if you would like to guide a student during their academic journey to attend an institute of higher education with as much financial aid as possible. As a mentor, you will have monthly check-ins with your mentee and personally assist them in their academic, professional and personal development. 

When you become mentor in the EPLN Scholars program you become a part of the EPLN network. Through this program, you can expect informational webinars covering graduate schools and professional opportunities, along with networking opportunities.
